About two years ago with our close friends and family we began a Wednesday night get together. What started as a barn shelter grew into what it is today: A screened shelter with tables, music, laughter, and the Wednesday night get together is still going strong. I always look forward to planning the Wednesday night menu. My daughters have been telling me for years that I needed to open a restaurant and I decided to try a food truck. I take a lot of pride in preparing my Pork, and Beef Briskets. I hope the results reflect that in the taste, and the appearance. I hope you look forward to stopping by to have a taste.
