The licensed 40-bed community is designed and specially staffed to accommodate seniors who require daily supervision or personal assistance in a secured environment, but who do not need the complex medical attention provided by a nursing home. Family owned and operated our goal is to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our residents and to offer their loved ones peace of mind.
For those with memory impairment whether early-onset or developed, residents at Countryside Village enjoy all the amenities of home in an open floor plan design and an intimate setting offering each resident a secured environment to maximize their potential in a home-like environment. The community includes the largest secured outdoor courtyard for residents with memory impairments in the area. The courtyard includes walking pathways, raised gardens, a covered porch and a beautiful fountain for relaxation.
Residents at Countryside Village receive 24-hour care services under the direction of our Healthcare Coordinator, a licensed nurse. In addition each resident receives three balanced meals and snacks per day with menus designed by a registered dietician, daily housekeeping and laundry services all within a safe and secured environment.
From Goldsboro take 795 North to exit 18. Turn right at top of ramp. Go .7 miles to stoplight at Hardees. Turn left on 117 North and go .6 miles. Countryside Village is on left.
