The Partnership for Children will host the 2nd Annual Born Learning Children's Festival funded by the United Way of Wayne County on Saturday, June 2nd. The festival is geared to children under six years of age and their families. Free children's activities, entertainment and miniature train rides will reinforce the concept that children are born learning and that everyday moments can be learning moments. Families are encouraged to come out and enjoy a day of fun and learning with their kids. (In the event of rain, the festival will be held on June 16th.)
