Born Learning Children's Festival- Partnership for Children of Wayne County
Free Young Children's Festival held in Herman Park. Children's activities include, games, puppet shows, miniature train rides, entertainment, inflatables, story times, free food and much more! Wayne County agencies that provides services for young children will provide interactive activities for children and information on their programs.
