Christmas by Candlelight
Mt. Olive College invites the community to Christmas by Candlelight. This Christ-centered service is patterned after the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, a traditional English evening service, which began in Cambridge in 1918. The service includes nine Scripture lessons, tracing salvation history from Genesis through the Gospels; each reading is followed by a carol. The Mount Olive College Chamber Choir, Free Spirit, Mount Olive College Concert Choir, and Mount Olive College Symphonic Band will provide music for this spectacular Christmas service.
