The summertime lyrics of I Love Beach Music may still be ringing in your ears, but for this holiday season, The Embers are ready to jingle all the way to The Paramount Theatre.
 
 The Goldsboro News Argus is hosting Christmas with The Embers- I Love Christmas Music on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets are only $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children 12 and under.  BUT…if you are really looking for that special one on one time with the band, take advantage of VIP tickets for only $35.00 and enjoy refreshments with the band before the show.  Tickets are available NOW at the Goldsboro News Argus, 310 N. Christmas with The Embers is a delightful and engaging experience that will leave you with that wistful warm and cozy Christmas feeling through theatre and song. Superlative costume changes and theatrical props will keep you intrigued along with original presentations of your favorite Christmas classics and Embers originals are sure to set deep in your heart.
The Goldsboro News Argus may love Christmas music with the Embers, but they have a BIGGER reason to host this fun event.  All proceeds from this event will benefit the Empty Stocking Fund.  The Empty Stocking Fund provides toys, clothing and a Christmas party for more than 600 needy children in Goldsboro and Wayne County. Donations are also accepted and donor names are printed daily until the end of the campaign. Donations should be mailed to: The Empty Stocking Fund, c/o The News-Argus, P.O. Box 10629, Goldsboro, 27532, or simply dropped off at the newspaper office, 310 N. Berkeley Blvd. Dedications may accompany donations.
