Bring the whole family and join us for fun, music, food, crafts, and entertainment not to mention the down home hospitality and charm of the rural South as we celebrate the arrival of spring with our annual Daffodil Festival. Enjoy some of the best darn barbeque in the World or stop by the Capital Café for a couple of WT’s hotdogs or try some grilled turkey legs or funnel cakes or ice cream or lemonade or salted peanuts or just about any other diet-busting tastey treat you could imagine. Then, you can dance off some of those calories to the music of The Embers. All the while you can shop from an assortment of hand-made crafts and gifts and stop in to check out the historical displays at the Fremont Heritage Museum. Finally, take in the art and daffodils being shown at the Fremont Town Hall Annex while the kids enjoy Childrens Alley or race the miniature Nascar track. There is so much going on that there’s hardly enough time to pack it all in a day’s visit.
