Durward "Woody" McDonell and Alice Campbell
Woody McDonell is a veteran stage performer and concert artist. A Florida native, he holds degrees from the University of Florida (B.A in Music) and the University of Texas (Masters, Music in voice performance). After an active performing career in New York, he returned to Florida and served as a church director for some 25 years. During that time he an active concert schedule, appearing with local symphonies and choral groups. Mr McDonell is currently a resident of Wilson, N.C.
Alice Campbell studied piano and organ at Converse College and received a piano performance degree from Florida Atlantic University. She was accompanist and assistant artistic director of both the Suncoast Chorale and Exsultate! Chorale in Venice, Florida and received the Muses Award as Instrumental Musician of the Year in 2004 from Sarasota County (Florida) Arts and Culture Alliance. She has served in churches in Florida and North Carolina as organist/director and is currently organist/director at Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Goldsboro, NC.
