On Saturday May 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Dr. George Oliver, Jr. of the Aurora Fossil Museum, will present a program on the fossils of Eastern North Carolina. A brief discussion illustrated by representative specimens will be followed by a "hands-on" fossil hunt in material supplied by Potash Corp Aurora. Attendees will of course, be able to keep their finds to start or add to their own fossil collections. This program is free and open to the public.
