Image, Attitude and Professionalism
Do mistakes kill your image, your attitude, or detract from your professionalism? Mistakes could include dressing inconsistently, profecting a "can't do" or negative attitude, or not making decisions quickly. Today the successful person must wear many hats in business and personally. This program addresses the practical advantages of proper image; achieving a balance between behavior and language; understanding confindence, competence, care and concern; the connection between your positive attitude and self-esteem; evaluating your attitude to improve performance; listening skills to resolve complaints; ways to avoid the procrastinator; and developing and sustaining professionalism.
