Military Round Table Tuesday, 17 November, 2009 7:00 p.m. @ the Wayne County Museum 116 N. William Street Goldsboro, NC 27530 Join us as Norm Taflinger will be presenting "The War of 1812 at Sea." The war started in 1807 at sea while World War II (the French and Indian War being World War I) was in progress and ended at sea in 1815. While most land engagements were unsuccessful, most sea battles produced victory and heroes. This war and our tiny Navy knitted together an infant nation.
