We are starting a Mixed Martial Arts Class for Kids 4 to 12 years old.  ABI’s Kids MMA has been designed for children of all ages to learn self esteem, confidence, respect, discipline, and leadership skills. Since bullying is a growing problem in schools today, through a structured program of mixed martial arts, children also learn to defend themselves from bullies without
encouraging them to become more violent.

Our program will help your child to excel in physical fitness, and develop the skills to help them cope with peer pressure that they may encounter. The training our kids receive will continue outside of the dojo and stay with them throughout their lives.
