Partnership for Children of Wayne County's Born Learning Children's Festival
The Partnership for Children of Wayne County will be hosting the 3rd Annual Born Learning Children's Festival in Goldsboro's Herman Park. Free activities will include miniature train rides, games, entertainment and refreshments. The festival is geared to pre-school age children and their famillies.
