Pig in the Park
A family-friendly event to spotlight Wayne County’s history and its barbecue tradition. Pig cooking contest, food vendors, kids activities and music provided by Boys & Girls Drumline, New Men of Faith, The Mighty Saints of Soul, and the Malpass Brothers.
BBQ plates served: 12pm-2:30pm ($5 tickets should be purchased in advance)
Entertainment from 11am-4pm
Blankets and chairs encouraged; coolers and pets not allowed
