Seven Quality Tools to Improve Your Organization's Bottom Line
Whether a service or manufactured product, quality is paramount to the profitability of any business; more precisely, the cost of poor quality reduces a company’s profits. However, there are several straightforward tools that may be effectively employed to improve the quality of your organization’s product and, thus, the company’s profitability. This Lunch-and-Learn seminar offers a broad overview of the costs of quality and introduces seven quality tools that may be readily employed in both the goods-producing and service sectors to improve the quality of your company’s goods and services.
