Have you ever heard the term ‘leader’ used for the woman or man that clinches the most responsibly in an organization?
Of course you have, right? After all, that is the traditional understanding of a leader!
But, what if……what if being a leader has less to do with titles or responsibilities, and more to do with presence and awareness? …what if being a leader is not about your position or paycheck, but about your encouragement and adaptability? …what if being a leader is not just about organizational size or structure, but more about openness and integrity?
And what if leaders are not born, but developed?
Well, then, perhaps we need a new definition of leadership.
