Summer Reading Program
“Make a Splash—READ!” is the theme this summer at the Wayne County Public Library. Children will explore the world of water and water fun through stories, songs, games and other activities about oceans, rivers, lakes, and pools and the creatures that live there. The 2010 Summer Reading Program is open to children ages 3-12. WCPL will hold programs for daycare groups and families on the following schedule: Group Registration- 10 or mores (each Monday or Tuesday thru the week of July 6th) • 9am til 9:45am (Ages 3-7) • 10am til 10:45am (Ages 3-7) • 11am til 11:45am (Ages 8-12) General Public (each Wednesday beginning June 16th thru July 7th) • 9am til 9:45am (Ages 3-7) • 10am til 10:45am (Ages 8-12) • 11am til 11:45am (School Age audience- grades K thru 5) Pre-registration is required for all programs.
