Walk to the Beach
This is a fitness challenge to accumulate as many points for your workouts as possible. The points will be referred to as “miles”. There will be 4 beaches listed with the number of actual miles from the YMCA to each beach. Your goal is to reach at least one of the beaches in order to have your name entered into a prize drawing. The more beaches you reach, the more chances to win prizes.
A “mileage” chart will be provided to give you the value of your activities that take place in the YMCA. On the honor system, you will write-in your total “miles” for the day on the chart provided. Friendly competition is encouraged!

Sign up at the front desk. Print clearly. Indicate your t-shirt size. Everyone who works out at least 30 days out of the 70 days given for the challenge will receive a free t-shirt and be invited to a catered celebration meal in July.
