In honor of National Women's Health Week, NC Cooperative Extension, Wayne Minority Health Program and the Women's Health Branch of the NC Division of Public Health cordially invites you to celebrate yourself! Our goal is to empower women to make their health a top priority. You can get a renewed sense of self, just in time for summer. The evening will include a Health and Community Resource Fair, screenings, a New You Fashion Show, and A Heart Healthy Meal.
Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Kamala L. Uzzell, a national board certified, licensed therapist and life coach with specialties in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Dr. Uzzell is very passionate about mental health and wellness.
